EuroCave's Wine Bar 8.0 is designed to showcase and preserve up to eight open bottles while storing six additional bottles at ideal serving temperature. Each of the two compartments can be set anywhere from 6°C (43 °F) to 18°C (64°F), letting you serve whites or reds at their perfect temperature. A patented vacuum system protects opened bottles from oxidation for up to 10 days, and the unit can be installed built-in or used freestanding.
