New EuroCave wine cellars covered by this warranty and purchased by Quebec consumers on or after October 5, 2026 are protected by a legal warranty of good working order for 6 years from the date of delivery. It covers parts, labour and the reasonable transportation costs required for the repair.

Purchases made before that date are excluded from this new warranty, even if delivery takes place afterwards. Other legal warranties continue to apply.

Exclusions and Damage

Normal maintenance, parts replaced as part of it, and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

Damage attributable to moving the cellar in a way that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions, in particular transporting the cellar lying down, or to a power outage or voltage drop, will be excluded, depending on its cause and the applicable legal provisions.
